OneScreen Focus

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OneScreen Focus ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

OneScreen Focus is a productivity application designed to help users maintain focus during work sessions. The service includes both a web application and desktop application for managing focus sessions, patterns, and productivity tracking.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

4. Free vs. Pro Features

4.1 Free Version

The free version of OneScreen Focus provides access to basic focus sessions (limited in duration) and core web functionality. Some premium patterns, audio soundscapes, and multi-monitor controls may be restricted.

4.1.1 Free Trial

From time to time we may offer a free trial that temporarily unlocks Pro features. Trial eligibility, duration, and availability may vary and can change at any time.

4.2 Pro Version

The Pro version provides expanded access such as longer session lengths, audio soundscapes, advanced patterns, and (where supported) multi-monitor control. Pro access may be offered via subscription plans and/or one-time purchases depending on what is available at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization

6. Privacy and Data Collection

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneScreen Focus operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
